Download the DALEX SWIFT App on Google Play/ Apple Store or Visit app.dalexswift.com, and take it from there. It’s that simple.

Well… technically… that depends on how long it takes you to type. Seriously though, it shouldn’t take more than five minutes.

You can make deposits through your mobile money wallet (MTN, Airtel, Tigo, and Vodafone), whenever and wherever works for you.  You can also us your Visa / Mastercard or our website.

  • Select ‘Deposit’
  • Follow prompts.

AirtelTigo Users:

  • Dial *721# on your mobile phone
  • Select option 1, ‘Make deposit’
  • Select option: ‘Self’ OR ‘Third Party’ (contributions to another SWIFT account).
  • Enter the amount to deposit

  • Select option 1, ‘Yes’, to approve transaction.

  • Choose option 4 make payment
  • Choose option 4 “Generate Voucher”, then select “send”
  • You will receive a voucher code

  • Select “Deposit”

  • Enter Voucher Code
  • Enter Amount and approve transaction.

The Lowdown on your Investment

You decide how much interest you earn with the money you keep in your account.

Accounts with less than GHS 3,000 earn 14% interest compounded p.a.

Accounts with over GHS 3,000 but less than GHS 7,000 earn 15% interest compounded p.a.

Accounts with more than GHS 7,000 earn 16% interest compounded p.a.

The power is in your hands!

Interest is applied to your SWIFT Investment on a monthly basis (compounded interest).

Want to know an investment secret? It’s best to wait until your account matures before you redeem your funds. But at the end of the day, you’re free to access your money when you need to.

These are our Redemption Terms:

  • Before 6 months =Principal only
  • After 6 months = Principal +Total Interest Earned for the period
  • Dial *721# on your phone to receive the balance via SMS.
  • Log in to Dalex SWIFT App or website: app.dalexswift.com
  • Call 721 or Whatsapp us on 0556489260
  • We won’t charge you for taking out your own money on early termination (before 6 months). However, you’ll only receive your principal, meaning the original amount of investment made into your SWIFT Account.

It takes up to forty-eight (48) hours to process an early termination request. Not more.

Upon maturity, a notification will be sent to you via SMS or through the SWIFT mobile application informing you of the amount invested and the interest earned.

That depends on what you want to happen, you can:

  • Redeem & Rollover: Take part of your investment accrued and roll-over the rest OR
  • Total Redemption: Take your total investment accrued so far.

It takes a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours to process and pay your matured entitlements.

You can do so by pressing the ‘check balance’ button on your personalized app dashboard. Alternatively, you could;

Dial *721#

Choose option 2 to select “My Account”, then select “send”.

Choose option 1 to select “check balance”.

Enter your PIN number, then select “send”.

The balance on your investment will appear on your phone.

LOANS, LOANS, LOANS

You need to contribute for at least three months, ensuring that your loan request constitutes 80% or less of amount invested.

You can take a loan of not more than 80% of their invested amount.

You can apply for a loan by:

It takes a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours to process and disburse your loan application if you meet the required conditions. 

You pay a monthly interest of 2% on your loan.

No, there is no charge on disbursed loans… You’re welcome.  

It cannot go beyond your investment term as your investment acts as a collateral for the loan.

You may need to extend your investment term or else you will be expected to repay the loan within the remaining period.

Of course, you can still invest when you have a loan. We are here to help you make money after all.

Repay your SWIFT loan by using your mobile money wallet (MTN, Tigo, Airtel and Vodafone), through mobile money merchants (MTN, Tigo, Airtel and Vodafone).

Repaying of SWIFT loans may be made daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc in line with agreed terms.

General Questions

Yes you can!  However, each individual account will be linked to a different mobile number.

Go ahead! select ‘Third Party’ when depositing and enter their phone number.

Sure you can. Nevertheless, you will still need to make a deposit to fully activate your account and start earning interest.

  • Dial *721#
  • Choose option 2 to select “My Account”, then select “send”
  • Choose option 3 then select “send”
  • Enter old PIN, then select “send”
  • Enter new PIN, then select “send”
  • Enter your new PIN again to confirm it
  • A message will appear indicating a successful PIN change
